  I called about an estimate. Young lady said she believed they only did commercial because they did not do jobs less than 2500.
I explained my interest was for my residential driveway and that it was definitely over 2500.00 so I asked her again, do you offer free estimates to which she replied yes but I will have someone call you back about the residential part of it.
No call, no nothing.
It seems anyone answering a business phone should really already know that information but she was friendly, polite and assured me someone would get back to me. They nor she took a minute to follow up.
